Dana Burke


Dana loves Whole Foods…Way too much. If she isn’t in the studio practicing or teaching, she is probably at Whole Foods meandering the isles and chatting up the store clerks. Dana has been an avid yogi since 2002 after her older sister took her to her first Kundalini class in Santa Monica, California.

Eddie Cannady


Eddie can be a show off. But if you had his skills and expertise, you would probably show off too. Since learning from his teacher in Honolulu, Hawaii, Eddie has devoted his life to what he calls his greatest passion. If you plan to attend one of Eddie’s Vinyasa classes, arrive at least twenty minutes early. It fills up fast!

Skylar Davis


Skylar Davis has been practicing yoga for nine years. She did teacher training in Portland while getting her anthropology degree at University of Oregon. Skylar came to Austin in 2004 and has fallen in love with the melting pot of people and charismatic art scene. Her favorite classes to each are Hatha and Anusara.

Meditation & Breathing

This unique class will expose you to meditative teaching methods that can be practiced while you are engaged in work, family life and more casual social activities. Participants will enhance and complement their meditation and prayer practices regard


A dynamic system of practicing asana, linking breath to movement. Builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and concentration. The poses are coordinated with the breath and linked with a sun
salutation-like sequence (vinyasa) to build strength, endurance and mental focus. For fit beginners through advanced – expect a serious workout.

Beginner Yoga

For students new to yoga or those looking for a gentle class to reduce tension. Learn breath and body awareness, optimal posture and body mechanics. Focus on correct positioning of 54 basic yoga postures to strengthen lower back, abdominal muscles, legs and upper body. Students experience the meditative benefits of yoga through linking of breath with movement. This class promotes balance, flexibility, and stress reduction.


All Levels A class using sound, breath, simple yoga postures, deep relaxation and meditation. Each class is designed to strengthen the physical body, awaken the spirit, and instill a healed state of consciousness. Appropriate for new and experienced students alike.

Pre-Natal Yoga

This gentle class is designed to reduce the aches and pains, which accompany pregnancy, in a nurturing and supportive environment. We will focus on special breathing techniques, opening the hips, preparing the body for birth.


Anusara classes blend a spiritual context to awaken and celebrate the heart with the Universal Principles of Alignment, which bring the body toward its optimal muscular, skeletal, and energetic blueprint.
